Course information
Our climbing coaches analyze your climbing and give you tips and ideas on how to evolve. Exactly what the passport looks like, you decide in conjunction with the climbing coach; It can be anything from getting up for a specific problem in the hall to practice new movement patterns or practice basic engineers. The climbing coach can also help you with exercises in the gym to work with prevention of injuries and inconveniences.
Pris: 675 kr/timme för en person och 1000 kr/timme för två personer.
