Teknikkurs Bouldering - Adult

This is an introductory course for bouldering and for climbing training. It is aimed at you who think if climbing is for you, for those who want to try out a fun workout with family or friends, or for those who are waiting for a place to finish the training.

The course consists of three occasions in two hours each, with three different focus areas. At one time we work with focus on security and look at fall technology, fall zones and spotting / fitting. On occasion, we work with climbing technology, adapted to the participants' level. At the last moment, we look at the sustainability of climbing training, we highlight the most common injuries and how one can work to prevent them. Of course, we also climb a lot during every occasion.

Kursen anpassas efter gruppens nivå, så den riktar sig både till dig som är nyare till klättring och även till dig som har klättrat ett tag och vill ta din klättring ett steg längre. Har du aldrig klättrat innan så är det bra att gå en annan kurs för att få ett grepp om grunderna i bouldering först, till exempel vår prova på-kurs. Har du grundläggande kunskap om klättring så kan du få ut så mycket som möjligt av teknikkursen.

Pris: 1250 kr/person (3 – 6 deltagare)
